Uploads / Downloads Security

With the View rights turned off, the staff member will not be able to access the Download Defaults setup screen. .

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Setup.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available underUpload / Download:

• View: Enables users to view the Utility menu > SETUP > Downloads > Download Defaults > Download Defaults tab.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
